Cavalex announce new Class 47 for 00 Gauge!

An interesting turn of events today as Cavalex Models have announced their intention to release a Class 47 in 00 Gauge.

With the existing models from both Bachmann and Heljan having been released fairly recently, I imagine there will once again be cries of duplication - but Cavalex evidently believe they have something new to bring to the table.

Their model will be available in a wide range of liveries, including exclusives only available from Rails Of Sheffield and feature a 21 Pin DCC socket, working fans, built in stay alive and hall sensors to trigger the flange squeal on sound fitted models.

Interestingly the pricing is still to be announced but Pre-Orders can be placed at Rails Of Sheffield.
